By creating an account on hellodjt.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users — Personal and Business — and to all features of the platform, including card creation, publishing, sharing, token-gated access, and team management.
⚠ Important Creating an account constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. Use of the platform after any posted update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
hellodjt is a digital business card platform. It lets individuals and teams create, customise, and share professional profile cards at a permanent URL. Cards may contain contact details, social links, bio text, and custom links.
hellodjt is a tool for professional self-presentation. It is not a social network, messaging platform, or public forum.
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email, as it is used for passwordless sign-in.
Your username is permanent once chosen and becomes your primary card URL (hellodjt.com/username). Choose carefully — usernames cannot be changed after registration.
Username rules: 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens only. Usernames that impersonate real people, brands, or public figures are not permitted.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. One person per account.
⚠ Consequence Accounts found to be shared, sold, or used by more than one individual will be suspended without notice.
You are solely responsible for everything you publish on your card — including your display name, bio, links, avatar, and any connected URLs.
By publishing a card, you confirm that:
✓ You have the right to use all content on your card, including images and links. ✓ Your card accurately represents you or your organisation. ✓ Any linked external content complies with applicable laws.
hellodjt does not claim ownership of your content. However, by publishing a card, you grant hellodjt a limited license to display and serve your content to visitors of your card URL.
⚠ Consequence Cards containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be unpublished or removed. Repeated violations will result in account termination.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
✕ Impersonating any person, company, or organization — including via name, photo, or identity on your card. ✕ Linking to illegal, harmful, harassing, or defamatory content. ✕ Using your account to conduct or facilitate fraud, scams, or phishing. ✕ Accessing, scraping, or harvesting other users' data without authorisation. ✕ Using bots or automated tools to create accounts, access the platform, or harvest content. ✕ Circumventing or interfering with platform security, access controls, or infrastructure. ✕ Registering usernames to resell, block others, or squat. ✕ Publishing content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
⚠ Consequence Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending review and may be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are permanent. hellodjt reserves the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that:
✕ Impersonate a real person or brand. ✕ Are registered purely to block legitimate use by others. ✕ Violate trademark or intellectual property rights.
If you believe a username infringes your rights, contact us at the address in Section 11.
Business account owners are responsible for all team members under their organisation. This includes ensuring team members comply with these terms.
The account owner is the authorized representative of the organization and is responsible for subscription payments, team activity, and any cards published under the organization's branding.
⚠ Consequence If a team member violates these terms, the account owner may be held responsible. Organizations found to have systemic violations may have their entire Business account terminated.
hellodjt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for:
✕ Any violation of these Terms of Use. ✕ Conduct that harms other users, third parties, or the platform. ✕ Non-payment of a Business subscription. ✕ Legal or regulatory requirements compelling us to do so.
Upon termination, your card URLs will no longer resolve. Published cards will be taken offline. Account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at the address in Section 11. We will review appeals but are not obligated to reinstate accounts.
hellodjt is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hellodjt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of business, contacts, or card data.
You use hellodjt at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to maintain copies of any important information you store on your cards.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we might notify users by email (when contact enabled).
Continued use of hellodjt after a posted update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
